The Waterjet Group secure Long Term Agreement (LTA) with Eaton Aerospace
Eaton Aerospace has awarded The Waterjet Group with a Long Term Agreement (LTA) to supply detail parts and rotary axis components. The group has been supplying Eaton with these parts for the last three years and have worked to improve the quality and service to further boost the close relationship the companies share.

The Waterjet Group breaks into the European market
The Waterjet Group which is based in Darton South Yorkshire has been awarded approval from AMI Metals Europe, located in Belgium. The Group was awarded this approval after delivering an outstanding service in terms of pro-activeness, punctual delivery and customer relationship management. Working to very tight deadlines did not phase or concern the group, which has recently introduced a new fast track system. AMI Metals will be working with The Waterjet Group to develop future opportunities of waterjet cutting in aerospace throughout Europe.

Waterjet Profiles Limited is on the move having reached bursting point in Basildon

of some positive news taking place within the group.
Waterjet Profiles Limited is on the move having reached bursting point in Basildon. Over the coming months we will be relocating to a purpose built facility in Darton near Leeds.
At the new site Waterjet Profiles will be able to share some facilities with its sister company Waterjet Technology which is already based at the site, this will lead to not only a streamlined cost base but also give access to a greater range and capacity of waterjet cutting machinery and larger, secure stocking facilities with the following benefits;

The Waterjet Group based in Darton and Basildon have been accredited with AS9100 approval status,this aligned with other approvals from Airbus,GKN,Westland Helicopters,BAE Systems solidify our continued development.

The Waterjet Group invests in excess of £2 million in value add equipment
The Waterjet Group invests in excess of £2 million in value add equipment to fulfil exisiting customers needs and new customers orders. All machines to be commissioned in June and early July. These comprise five waterjet cutting machines, laser cutting machine, CMM measuring machine, deburring machines and CNC pressbrake. This investment has doubled our group profiling capacity and confirms our position as the largest aerospace/defence value-add profiling company in Europe with an ever expanding global presence.
